Hobby World takes control of the manufacturer of prefabricated models and board games “Zvezda”

According to SPARK-Interfax, in addition to the participation of Hobby World, 25% of LLC “Zvezda” belongs to the Austrian Jason Handels GmbH, 7.03% each belongs to Olga Krasovskaya and the general director of LLC Evgeniy Panov, another 2.34% each belongs to Sergei Sergeev and Sergei Shipilov. In 2023, Zvezda LLC’s revenue amounted to 784 million rubles and net profit (166 million rubles, a year earlier), 883 million rubles of revenue and 179 million rubles of net profit. During the same period, Mir Hobbies LLC earned 46 million rubles with a net profit of 2.5 million rubles.
