To earn the most money, Yuzhalin recommended taking vacations in July and October. According to the expert, September, December and April will be less profitable.

The most unfavorable month in 2025 will be January; Vacations in May, June and November will also be cut.

According to Yuzhalin, the fewer working days there are in a month, the less profitable it will be to go on vacation. He also recalled that the presence of non-working holidays and official days off in a calendar month is not a reason to reduce the salaries of employees.

“For example, if an employee receives 50 thousand rubles a month, in 2025 he will receive 50 thousand for both the 17th day of January and the 23rd day of July. But since the number of working days in a month is different, the cost of one day will also be different,” explained the specialist.

A SuperJob representative added that vacation pay is always paid based on the average salary. To determine vacation benefits, you must compare your daily earnings in a particular month with the average daily wage.

Thus, the expert concluded, the fewer working days there are in a month, the more profitable it will be to continue working so as not to lose income.

License for a new job can usually be obtained after six months have passed from the date of employment. RB.RU talked about whether it is possible to go on vacation earlier and how to reach an agreement with the new manager.
