The facility will be the first in the world to use a state-of-the-art assembly line for mass production of flying cars. The factory area is approximately 180,000 m2 and the annual capacity is planned to be 10,000 units.
Currently the first test flight of the modular flying car has already been carried out. Pre-sales are expected by the end of this year; Mass production and delivery are planned for 2026 at a price of up to 2 million yuan (about $280,880).
Although official pre-sales have not started yet, the Xpeng Aeroht has already received more than 1,000 pre-orders.
