This is reported by Kommersant based on four well-informed sources. The newspaper’s interlocutors report that personnel decisions have not yet been signed, but they may become public in the near future.
The TASS source also stated that Vadim Badekha is the main candidate for the position of head of the UAC.
Among the possible reasons for Slyusar’s resignation are cited both the failure in the schedule of the delivery program for new Russian aircraft and the own wish of the general director of the UAC.
On Sunday, Vedomosti, citing sources close to the presidential administration, reported that Yuri Slyusar could take over as governor of the Rostov region instead of Vasil Golubev, who announced his resignation.
According to Kommersant, Vadim Badekha will be the new general director of the UAC. And the vacant post of head of the UEC will be filled by his deputy, the head of UEC-Klimov, Alexander Grachev.
