The OCU (Consumer and User Organization), as usual, conducted a survey to assess, in this case, the level of satisfaction 19,900 customers with some contracted services, be it telephony, internet or streaming platforms.

And the fact is that in the end it seems that we tend to fall into the same companies as always, even knowing the bad experiences of loved ones, ignoring small companies that arise precisely to improve what is already there.

The results were very convincing, and they are not surprising, given the current situation. 4 aspects that were sent for evaluation: landline, mobile phone, home internet and pay TV.

The results are as follows:

  • Landlines: O2, R, Racctel+ and Virgin Telco.
  • Mobile phone: Pepephone, O2, Racctel+ and Parlem.
  • Internet at home: Simyo, Pepephone, O2 and Digi.
  • Pay TV: Filmin, Disney+ and Netflix.

They concluded that 89% of users have a combination of services with a company such as Internet at home and landline with the same. Same way, 47% of respondents admit to sharing accounts platforms with people outside the home.

In addition to these 4 aspects, two main aspects were also assessed to be taken into account, which have nothing to do with services, but with the provision of assistance or management.

In terms of customer service, Pepephone, PTV Telecom, Netllar, Parlem, O2 and Lowi stand out in that order. If we talk about billing, Pepephone, Parlem and PTV Telecom are considered the best.

Only one of the four main telephone operators (Movistar, Vodafone, Orange and Yoigo), Movistar, something profitable when interviewing respondents, highlighting, first of all, fiber optic services and the quality of mobile Internet connection.
