The Ministry of Industry and Trade has already prepared the corresponding draft resolution, as Interfax writes citing the department.
The Ministry separately emphasizes that the increase in the amount of the fee will not in any way affect the cost of the equipment (“Indexation of the recycling fee will not affect the cost of agricultural equipment of Russian and Belarusian production”), since The Russian Federation provides for a plan for the purchase of tractors “at fixed prices, taking into account discounts on the current market value”
