In the future, a system for confirming the competencies of Russian IT specialists may appear with the further direction of its cooperation with State Services.
The Ministry of Digital Development is currently developing approaches to this system together with business. So far, the department has received a request only from the HeadHunter proposal, but it is also open to other partners.
Last year, the Ministry of Digital Development discussed with HeadHunter the creation of a platform for collecting data on the state of the IT market and a system for confirming their skills.
Since then, the service has made it possible to confirm certain skills and abilities: in programming languages, specialized software, English, and so on. 2.4 million users passed the corresponding tests, of which 680 thousand were successful. [Коммерсантъ]
