Gas stations will be located on the territory of Wildberries logistics centers to reduce time costs: drivers will be able to refuel immediately after shipping or loading goods. “In addition, our own gas stations will have more favorable conditions, which will reduce logistics costs,” the statement says.

To refuel, drivers will only need the WB Drive application, which allows contactless payment for refueling. Drivers will also be able to purchase fuel using the company’s fuel card; This option also works at Gazprom Neft’s RVB partner gas station network.

The company also noted that it is considering the possibility of opening its gas stations to all motorists, however, the statement did not mention specific timelines for scaling the project.

Earlier, RVB CEO Robert Mirzoyan said at a WEF session that the company is developing a multidisciplinary platform for small and medium-sized businesses based on the Chinese model, which will combine logistics, advertising, accounting, warehouse and other services.
