The controller was developed by Hori in collaboration with Steam owner Valve. In addition to the menu button, the device received a gyroscope, capacitive sensor bars, triggers and additional buttons on the back. However, there is no vibration or trackpad on this gamepad, which distinguishes the gadget from the Steam Controller and Steam Deck.
You can connect to a computer or Steam Deck console via Bluetooth or USB-C. The controller can work independently without charging for 12 hours.
In the US, the Horipad costs $60. Previously the controller was only sold in Japan.
