Job search and advertising service HeadHunter conducted a study on average salaries in the IT sector and found that the highest salaries are received by DevOps engineers, data scientists, programmers, business analysts and game designers.

According to an analysis carried out specifically for RIA Novosti, average salaries in the sector are distributed as follows:
- DevOps engineer: 234.4 thousand rubles (3% more than in 2023),
- data scientist: 213.1 thousand rubles (3% less),
- programmer, developer – 147.8 thousand rubles (6% more),
- business analyst – 117.4 thousand rubles (2% less),
- game designer – 113.4 thousand rubles (42% more!),
- product manager: 112.4 thousand rubles (16% more),
- data analyst – 111 thousand rubles (8% less),
- methodologist – 100 thousand rubles (2% more),
- analyst – 92.3 thousand rubles (18% more),
- network engineer – 89.5 thousand rubles (22% more).
As you can see, the game designers made the biggest leap. And the data analyst salary has decreased the most.
