According to them, the pre-IPO will take place before the end of 2024 and the IPO will take place no later than 2027. The newspaper indicated that the operation could become the largest preliminary placement in Russia; The record in this segment so far belongs to the Samolet Plus real estate agency, which raised 825 million rubles in July 2024.

The shares will be placed by Digital Habits JSC, which develops and supplies software solutions for banks and financial technology companies, the publication writes. The holding includes licensed IT companies: “Digital Habits”, “Finitive” and “KIN Platform”. The group did not respond to Kommersant’s request.

According to the newspaper, the holding company is one of the leaders among providers of IT solutions for banks and fintech (according to TAdviser, it ranks fourth among the largest companies in this segment). The group’s website claims it has 213 completed projects and contracts, and its clients include Sberbank, Asia-Pacific Bank, VTB, VKontakte and Alfa Bank.

According to the results of the three quarters of 2024, Digital Habits JSC’s revenue increased by 62% to 710.1 million rubles compared to the same period in 2023. The net profit forecast for 2024 is 414.8 million rubles against 137.8 million rubles in 2023, according to the holding’s reports according to the RAS.
