Efim Kolodkin and Andrei Gorobchenko, co-founders of event venue rental service Bash Today, have sold a majority stake in the company to Rosnano chief investment officer Pavel Rodyukov. This was reported to RB.RU by Kolodkin.
The amount of the settlement and its terms were not disclosed.
The documents were signed at the end of June this year. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as of February 15, 2022, Kolodkin and Rodyukov collectively owned just over 66% in Bash-Today LLC. After the transaction, the stake will be reduced to 10%, it will belong to Kolodkin.
Rosnano chief investment officer Pavel Rodyukov became one of the first investors in Bash Today in 2016. Rodyukov will manage the project and be responsible for the development of his investment, as well as changing the management team, clarifies vc.ru.

Among the founders of Bash Today will remain Tsifrovye Tekhnologii LLC (a subsidiary of Sberbank) and a group of angel investors.
Bash Today plans to attract investment to implement the new project strategy, as well as to enter new segments.
The co-founders decided to sell a majority stake in the company to focus on international projects. Efim Kolodkin will be engaged in consulting for start-ups in foreign markets, Andrey Gorobchenko will develop the investment direction of the Witte Foundation.
By the end of 2021, Bash Today's turnover amounted to 130 million rubles, single traffic - 2 million.
