The CA53WB-8B (cream), CA53WB-1B (black) and CA53WB-3B (blue-green) variants are inspired by the design of the first Casio Mini calculator released in 1972.
The new models feature an LCD display with green characters and resin glass protection, as well as a classic 16-key keyboard that allows you to perform basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
In addition to the calculator, the keys allow you to control the watch functions: a stopwatch with accuracy of 1/100 of a second, an alarm clock and dual time zones.
The watch is accurate to 15 seconds per month and has an automatic calendar until 2099. The dimensions of the case are 43.2 × 34.4 × 8.2 mm, and the device can operate for up to five years on a CR2016 battery.
The new models are priced at $35.95, which is slightly more expensive than the classic CA53W-1 at $29.95, but it’s currently on sale for $21.92 on Amazon.
