Nvidia has already asked its suppliers several times to change the design of its server racks to eliminate overheating. Company officials and partners say design tweaks are a normal part of the engineering process, but cooling issues can delay data center startup times.

Blackwell chips were announced in March of this year, and Nvidia had previously said they would be ready to ship in the second quarter. However, production delays caused delays that could affect major customers.
