Apple said it will no longer support bookmark syncing via these iClouds on iOS 10, macOS Sierra 10.12.5 and earlier operating systems starting December 18, 2025.

So, for iPhone, iPad, and Mac to sync Safari bookmarks with each other, they must be running iOS 11, macOS Sierra 10.12.6, or newer versions of these OSes.

Otherwise, Apple will suggest exporting your bookmarks to video files to avoid losing them in the future.
