Emtisi Group LLC, which sells Chinese smart TVs under the Kivi brand, has filed an application with Rospatent to register the “All Inclusive” trademark. The document was published in the department’s database and the magazine Telesputnik drew attention to it.

The application was received on November 1 and was published by Rospatent on November 8. Emtisi Group LLC wants to protect recording equipment, 3D glasses, DVD players, video cameras, video projectors and other similar products with the All Inclusive brand.

According to Rusprofile, Emtisi Group LLC was registered in 2018 in Moscow, the founder of the company is Sergey Bulanov. In 2023, the revenue of this legal entity amounted to 1.6 billion rubles, an increase of approximately 45% compared to 2022, and the net loss was 62 million rubles.

The company sells smart TVs under the Kivi brand, writes Telesputnik. The brand’s website indicates that its products are manufactured and serviced by Chinese electronics manufacturer Shenzhen AMTC.

The day before, on November 18, Telesputnik, citing a study by the analytical center of the GS Group, wrote that in 2024 the share of South Korean televisions in the Russian market decreased significantly and their cost increased due to the increase in component prices. Chinese and domestic devices are popular among Russians, as they are not inferior in quality to Korean ones, but are cheaper, experts noted.
