According to the results of the study, the cost of renting a one-room apartment in these areas is 180-200 thousand rubles per month, a two-room apartment can be rented for 250-600 thousand rubles, a three-room apartment can be rent for 250 to 600 thousand rubles. It costs from 700 thousand to several million rubles per month.

Among the most expensive real estate properties in the Tverskoy district, Whitewill experts highlighted an apartment in a clubhouse in Malaya Dmitrovka with an area of ​​426 square meters. m for 3.5 million rubles per month and apartments in the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow with an area of ​​207 square meters. m for 2.5 million rubles. The distribution of the latter includes three bathrooms, two bedrooms and several dressing rooms.

In Khamovniki, analysts discovered a three-room apartment with an area of ​​700 square meters. m in Prechistenka for 3 million rubles per month and a plot for 1.8 million rubles in Zachatievsky Lane with four rooms, an equipped kitchen-living room, additional bedrooms with dressing rooms and bathrooms.

The cost of renting premium housing in Moscow has increased by 15-25% over the year, Anna Borisenko, head of Whitewill’s rental department, told Snob. Among the reasons for the increase in prices he mentioned the increase in the official interest rate, expensive mortgages and limited demand.
