Analysts from Domklik (owned by Sber) presented a rating of Moscow districts based on the cost of a standard one-room apartment. This is indicated in a message on the service’s website.

According to their data, the cheapest apartments can be found in New Moscow, in the Shcherbinka and Filimonkovsky districts, the average cost of a one-room apartment with an area of 35 square meters. m in them is 7.7 million rubles. In third place, Domklik placed Kryukovo with an average apartment price of 8 million rubles, and in fourth and fifth place were Bibirevo (8.4 million rubles) and Molzhaninovsky (8.6 million rubles).
Analysts named Yakimanka, Arbat and Tverskoy as the most expensive districts of Moscow. There, a one-room apartment will cost 95 million rubles, 91 million rubles and 84.3 million rubles, respectively. Among the top five in terms of cost are also Khamovniki (56.4 million rubles) and Dorogomilovo (36.4 million rubles).
According to the study, the price of one-bedroom apartments grew most actively in the regions of the Central Administrative District and in the west of Moscow. The leaders in this indicator were Fili-Davydkovo, Yakimanka and Donskoy, where the cost of 1 sq. m. m has approximately doubled compared to June 2024.
For the analysis, Domklik experts calculated the average cost of 1 square meter. m in each district and multiplied it by 35. The data is based on ads on the service’s website that were relevant in mid-November.
