The founder of the online programming and mathematics school Algoritmika LLC, Andrey Lobanov, has stepped down as CEO of the company. On November 22, Svetlana Anisimova officially headed the school, RB.RU learned.

On the SberEducation website, Anisimova was mentioned in July 2024 as COO of Algorithmika.
At the time of publication of the material, the company did not respond to RB.RU’s request. Andrei Lobanov also refrained from commenting.
In October, Forbes, citing sources, reported that Sber bought the Russian part of the Algorithmics programming school. The school’s founder, Andrei Lobanov, intended to focus on international business development. Lobanov confirmed to the publication that he had sold the Russian part of his business, but assured that the acquirer was a private investor. Lobanov denied the sale of the company to Sber. Sberbank did not respond to RB.RU’s request.
Changes in the ownership structure of Algoritmika began to occur in March 2024. Management and Development LLC entered the capital of a legal entity for the first time, receiving 14.3%. The owners of the LLC are not disclosed. Lobanov explained to RB.RU that it is about simplifying the ownership structure. At the same time, Andrey Lobanov (24%) and JSC Digital Education (61.71%, JSC shareholders are hidden) remained members of the company. According to Kontur.Focus, 100% of Algorithmics LLC received Management and Development in October.
Algoritmika LLC’s revenue in 2023 increased by 1.5 times to 690.8 million rubles, the net loss reached 105.4 million rubles.
