They began to arrive at approximately 14:15 Moscow time. Users noted problems with mobile communications and with the operator’s Internet.
The peak of breakdown reports on MTS occurred at 16:05 Moscow time. At that time, 418 users reported problems and network failures reached 2.42%. The number of complaints on the “Sboy.RF” portal amounted to 652.
Residents of the Sverdlovsk, Perm, Chelyabinsk and Yakutia regions complained the most about problems in the work of the operator on Downdetector.su.
