The parties did not disclose the amount of the transaction. A source close to the parties estimates the agreement at 250 million rubles, the newspaper notes.
The cloud cash register offers companies a turnkey service with the integration of payment systems, installment payment services and platforms for creating websites, said a Tochka representative. Automates check generation processes taking into account legislation, including the requirements of 54-FZ. This allows you to combine transactions and the issuance of tax receipts with the transfer of data to the OFD.
According to a representative of the bank, after the transaction, Tochka clients will receive additional service in a set of products for seamless payment acceptance. This suite includes merchant and Internet purchases, payment using QR codes, a service for sending checks to customers without a cloud-based online cash register “Tochka Cheki” and a tool for paying bills and tips “Tochka Kleek”.
In October, Tochka Bank bought the 24AI service, which allows generating images for markets. The maximum transaction amount can be 500 million rubles, subject to the achievement of KPI. The agreement included the service itself and its development team with experience in creating and implementing artificial intelligence tools.
