Shareholders of PJSC VUSH Holding (Whoosh’s parent company) approved the payment of dividends for the nine months of 2024 in the amount of 2 rubles 11 kopecks per share. This was reported to RB.RU by the group’s press service.

The deadline for receiving dividends is December 6, 2024. Payments will be made without cash: nominal holders will receive the funds before December 20, and registered shareholders until January 21, 2025.

The authorized capital of VUSH Holding is 1.114 million rubles and is divided into 111,382,432 ordinary shares with a par value of 0.01 rubles. Therefore, the total volume of dividend payments will amount to 235 million rubles.

In November 2023, Whoosh shareholders approved a dividend program. The company paid dividends in the amount of 10.25 rubles per ordinary share, in total 1.14 billion rubles.

At the end of 2022, Whoosh held an initial public offering (IPO), which raised 2.1 billion rubles. The company’s largest shareholder is its general director, Dmitry Chuiko, who owns 39%. As of June 30, 2024, the free float was 19%.

PJSC VUSH Holding is the parent company of kicksharing service operator Whoosh. The service is presented in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. The pilot project also operates in Brazil, Chile and Peru.
