Spotify Wrapped 2024 available; See how to look back at the most listened to songs

The Spotify 2024 Retrospective, also called Spotify Wrapped, started this Wednesday (04). The experience shows you how many songs and artists you listened to the most this year, as well as other data like how many minutes each person spent listening to songs.

To access Spotify Wrapped, simply click on the banner on the app’s home screen on Android, iOS or PC.. If it doesn’t appear, check if the app has been updated. This year, Spotify has made Easter eggs available to Taylor Swift fans, as well as videos featuring artists’ messages, such as those released in 2023.

The Spotify 2024 Retrospective tab also shows information like “Your Musical Journey,” which highlights what types of songs were listened to during certain months of the year. In addition to “Your Reimagined Main Artist”, which shows the most listened to artist, and “Your Podcasts Clips”, which includes messages from creators such as Não Inviabilize, Intelligence Ltda, Podpah, Psicologia na Practica, Jota Jota Podcast and others.

Users will also be able to find the Spotify Wrapped 2024 tab in the app, which includes playlists based on historical data such as songs similar to the most listened to songs, music videos and their own favorite songs.

Other features that will not be available in Brazil include: A podcast that tells the user’s background, created using AI, and details about the most listened to audiobooks of 2024.

Spotify Completes 2024 Highlights

The main highlight of Spotify Wrapped 2024 Global is singer Taylor Swift. With the album, approximately 26.6 billion streams were recorded in 2024. Tortured Poets Section the biggest debut of an album on the platform. The Weekend took second place on the podium, followed by Bad Bunny, Drake and Billie Eilish.

Taylor Swift even received a Retrospective badge on the platform’s profile, and fans will be able to unlock an Easter egg while listening to the artist’s songs, as well as an augmented reality Friendship Bracelet that’s only accessible through Snapchat.

The most listened to artists in Brazil were Henrique & Juliano duo, followed by MC Ryan SP, Ana Castela, Mc IG and MC PH.

The most listened to albums in the country were: Being (Living in Brasília) And Heaven Explains Everything (Live)by Henrique and Juliano; then Raiz Goiânia (Live)Written by Lauana Prado; Escolhas, Volume 2 (Live)by Zé Neto and Cristiano and Intimate ScandalBy Luisa Sonza.
