Kaspersky Lab refused to participate in the development of a Russian smartphone for the military

Vedomosti reports that Kaspersky Lab has withdrawn from a project to open a secure smartphone for the military. They were engaged in jointly with the Russian company Aquarius.

We are talking about the smartphone Aquarius NS M11. The device had to run on two of the three effects: Avrore, Android 9 or KasperskyOS. Such a smartphone should “provide secure access to the information system of the enterprise, providing for work with electronic document management using electronic subscription and execution protocol for application applications that help solve the problems of employees of companies and institutions.”
