On the morning of December 5, users complained about a malfunction in Gosuslug, according to information from the portals Downdetector.su and Sboi.RF. In total, more than 400 people reported technical problems.

Complaints began to arrive at approximately 8:00 Moscow time. Users noticed problems loading the site, the application, and logging into their personal account.
The peak of complaints on Downdetector.su occurred at 8:15 Moscow time. At that time, 174 users reported technical problems, and the proportion of network failures reached 5.3%. On Sboi.RF, 231 users reported problems.
Most of the messages about problems on both portals came from Moscow, the Stavropol region, the Sverdlovsk region, the Novosibirsk region, St. Petersburg and the Nizhny Novgorod region.
RB.RU sent requests to the state services development company RTLabs and the Ministry of Digital Development.
