The course program covers the design and modeling of semiconductor synchrotron radiation detectors as well as the basic technological processes of their production. Experts will study modern materials and trends in the microelectronics industry, mainstream software for sensor modeling and designing amplification chips.

A key element of the course is training in the operation of ISE SB RAS equipment in the field of quantum radiography. Students will be able to design detector systems and select appropriate technologies for various applications.
