As part of this initiative, various electric vehicle models will be developed, including the L7 and M1 categories, as well as electric commercial vehicles, the university press service reported. An important step will be the creation of unmanned transport platforms.

Rector of Moscow Polytechnic University Vladimir Miklushevsky emphasized that the university has become a valuable partner for the industry, having been operating in the field of electric vehicles for more than 17 years. He said the educational process at the university is based on collaboration with businesses, allowing students and scientists to work directly on real production problems.
