These companies were never included in the special register of the RKN. Website hosting services did not contain documents included in the special register of Roskomnadzor organizations.
The press service noted that “foreign providers can use resources hosted on their sites to bypass blocking, for example, to distribute prohibited content.” This may result in blocking.
