The Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in the case of the Taldom Stivali LLC factory and Moscow Kids Galaxy LLC against the Ralf Ringer shoe company, which rents space to a Taldom company, as follows from the court file. A Moscow court declared Ralf Ringer bankrupt, although a similar request had not previously been granted. The documents do not indicate how much the shoe manufacturer owed to the plaintiff company Stivali, but a year earlier it amounted to about 20.7 million rubles.

The investigation into the case has continued since the summer of 2023. At the same time, the court rejected the prosecutor’s first request on the need to declare Ralf Ringer bankrupt following a complaint from the footwear brand.

At the same time, Andrey Berezhnoy, CEO of Ralf Ringer, faces accusations of tax evasion through false tax returns from 14 affiliated companies and the company Promsnabpostavki. Researchers believe that in 2015-2017. the company did not pay taxes worth 588 million rubles.

The Ralf Ringer chain of stores (the Russian legal entity of the international retailer is called JSC Ralf Ringer) today has 1.5 thousand locations. The company produces shoes under the brand of the same name, as well as under the Piranha and Riveri brands.

In mid-November, Ralph Ringer JSC changed its name to Development Resource JSC. The new name is registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The Federal Tax Service has suspended operations on some Ralph Ringer accounts.
