In August, Grok launched a function to convert text into images; but the output of the images raises “doubts” among some users because there is too much “freedom”. Increasing access to Grok could help it compete with other free chatbots like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
xAI, which recently received $6 billion in funding, is said to be considering creating a separate chatbot application that its competitors already offer.
