Kommersant wrote about the plans of the authorities to introduce a new rate for online advertising in early October. Subsequently, RBC clarified that the amount of deductions will be 3%. According to representatives of the advertising market interviewed by Forbes, the rate will have a negative impact on the entire industry, for example, will lead to an increase in the prices of advertising operators and accelerate inflation.
