Heather Langenkamp is one of the protagonists of The Midnight Club, a TV series recently released on Netflix, but the actress has recently turned her mind to the saga of Nightmare in Elm Streetand the idea of running into Freddy Krueger one last time.

If Nancy could collide with Freddy again, I’d love to have that chance. When I watched the new Halloween saga, I loved that Jamie Lee Curtis returned to that role. We have a lot to give to the continuation of the story at this age, but unfortunately we have no control over that. There are many complicated things in Hollywood.
According to Puck, Warner Bros. is negotiating. even reclaiming the rights to some of its franchises, such as Nightmare On Elm Street and Beetlejuice. Especially Nightmare on Elm Street is a very important franchise for horror lovers as it is the movie saga that launched the figure of Freddy Krueger. That Warner Bros. willing to re-discuss the rights of these franchises has to do with the existence of the Copyright Act of 1978, which eventually led to a discussion of the franchise’s rights on Friday the 13th.
