The RWB brand will become the “parent” brand, under which it is planned to produce products of the united company “in the field of IT industry, innovation and training,” the statement said. “RWB will take the automation and personalization of services to a new level, offer its customers and partners advanced logistics solutions, services and other services, and support entrepreneurs,” the company promised.
At the same time, the brands of the Wildberries marketplace and the advertising operator Russ will continue to be used as “truly popular” for “regular use” in their respective industries, according to the statement.
On August 5, Wildberries and Russ completed the merger process. RVB LLC assumed all obligations to the partners and clients of the former Wildberries LLC. In the new legal entity, 65% belongs to Wildberries and 35% to the company Stinn, owner of Russ Outdoor. Robert Mirzoyan, CEO of Stinn, is also CEO of Russ Group.
Previously, Wildberries announced the opening of its own network of gas stations for internal use by drivers and company partners. Subsequently, it is also planned to make the facilities available to all drivers.
