T-Technology Group (formerly TKS Holding, the parent structure of T-Bank) increased its controlling stake in the company AnyQuery, which develops technologies for online retail, from 33% to 51%. This was reported to RB.RU by a representative of T-Bank.

“This decision reflects the companies’ mutual focus on technological innovation and the development of online retail,” T-Bank commented on the agreement. The amount of the acquisition was not disclosed.

AnyQuery’s strategic and operational management reportedly remains in the hands of its co-founders, Dmitry Malashkin and Artem Kruglov.

According to Konstantin Markelov, vice president and head of products and technology at T-Bank, the expansion of the partnership will allow online commerce companies to be offered “innovative tools” and customers “a personalized customer experience.”

AnyQuery was founded in 2019 and specializes in product search, personalization, and generative content products. According to T-Bank, more than 800 online sellers use the service.

T-Technology group acquired 33% of the company in August 2022 and became a strategic investor in AnyQuery (D Technology LLC). The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

According to AnyQuery co-founder Dmitry Malashkin, in two years AnyQuery increased its revenue by 2.1 times and expanded its customer base by 2.5 times. According to Rusprofile, at the end of 2023, D Technology LLC’s revenue increased by 20% year-on-year, amounting to 247 million rubles, while net profit decreased by 64%, to 25 million rubles.
