According to the instructions on the Sberbank website, the “Return Sber to iPhone” program can be installed on a computer with the Windows 10 operating system or higher. Allows you to restore the latest supported versions of Sberbank Online, SberInvestments and SberKids applications that were previously downloaded from the App Store.

If the application was installed in the Sber office, you will not be able to restore it yourself.

The program is compatible with iPhone and iPad with iOS 14 and higher. The device model must be at least iPhone 6S and iPad Air 2. The bank recommends that the device have at least 2 GB of free memory.

To restore Sber applications on an iPhone or iPad, you need to connect the device to the computer using a cable, and then enter your Apple ID username and password into the program. After this, the selected apps should load on their own.

  • The App Store and Google Play removed applications from Russian banks after the start of a special military operation in Ukraine. Sberbank Online disappeared from the App Store for the first time in April 2022; the bank explained this due to the introduction of sanctions.
  • To get around the restrictions, credit institutions return applications with different names, but with a similar design. Sber, for example, has already produced analogues of Sberbank Online under the names SBOL, SBOL, Accounting Online, Budget Online and others.
