Notification summaries functionality for creating notification summaries is requested by 54% of users, and 44.5% of respondents use automatic sorting of important emails. Also in the top 5 is Cleanup for removing objects from photos – 29.1%; Smart Reply functionality in Mail is used by 20.9%.
There is also no great demand for artificial intelligence in devices among Samsung smartphone users. Therefore, 87% of users do not think that AI is useful in improving user experiences. It turned out that the most popular functions in the brand’s smartphones are the “smart” search Circle; this tool is used by 82.1% of users, Photo Help for working with photos – 55.5%, Chat Help – 28.8%, Notes Help – 17.4% and Scanning Support – 11.6%.
