A new feature has been launched in the Yandex Go application, allowing students to pay for taxi rides.
A passenger can file a complaint if their price is not agreed upon or if it changes due to traffic jams.
To apply, you need to click on the ₽ icon in the upper left corner after selecting the fare and route.
After sending a complaint with the client, Yandex Go support is activated to answer questions and explain how the cost of the trip is calculated.
The feature will be available to all users gradually. The company noted that customer feedback is helping to develop new price assurance measures, which they plan to introduce in 2025. [Коммерсантъ]
