The FTL format is intended for rapid delivery of large quantities of goods and implies a reservation of the entire truck. You can order transportation to any point in Russia where the road surface is hard.
Customers will have access to Wildberries’ vehicle fleet, which includes more than 1.7 thousand trucks and semi-trailers. The average age of the fleet does not exceed three years; Every month it is replenished with new equipment, the company highlighted.
Additionally, Wildberries will involve its own logistics partners in cargo transportation, as long as they comply with FTL standards.
All transported goods are insured. When transporting distances of more than a thousand kilometers, the crew always includes two drivers, which allows cargo to be delivered safely and quickly over long distances, Wildberries noted.
Almost all categories of cargo are accepted for delivery, including those sensitive to temperature fluctuations; Modern isothermal trailers are used for transportation. The exception is dangerous goods, including flammable articles capable of spontaneous combustion and some other categories of goods.
In early December, Wildberries announced that the company would begin producing its own isothermal semi-trailers. The press service noted that the new project should reduce the company’s costs, increase the reliability of logistics and strengthen control over the quality of cargo delivery.
