According to the results of a study involving more than 5,000 Russians, burnout mainly affected marketing professionals (64%), senior and middle managers, as well as employees in the education sector (58% each, respectively).
Almost a quarter of service users surveyed reported working consistent overtime over the past year, and a fifth of respondents reported conflicts with colleagues and health problems.
At the same time, the main success this year for 29% of respondents was the increase in salaries. In most cases, salaries for lawyers and marketing specialists increased (41% and 40%, respectively).
28% of users reported that changing jobs was their main achievement. This most affected human resources specialists (45%), restaurant workers (42%), and arts and entertainment workers (38%).
One in four respondents in 2024 managed to have a good holiday. Slightly fewer of them cited reading a new book and advanced training as their top personal accomplishments of the year (24 and 23% each).
