Bitrix24 has introduced a new version of its artificial intelligence model BitrixGPT 4x, designed to simplify users’ daily tasks. According to the company, interest in neural networks is actively growing, especially among large enterprises with large numbers of employees, where automation of routine operations is of high value. In such organizations, artificial intelligence helps to cope with the volume of work that is difficult to process manually.

Currently, more than 57% of Bitrix24 users use AI to transcribe calls, create short reports on conversations, and populate CRM cards. Moreover, approximately 80% of portals have used neural networks at least once in their activities, which confirms the growing interest in such technologies. Among all the capabilities of the platform, the main tool remains “Chat with CoPilot”, which helps solve problems from creating SEO texts to analyzing program code. Approximately 58% of user activity comes from this tool.

BitrixGPT is already available for customers using the boxed version of the product. In 2025, the cloud version of Bitrix24 will be available to users, where it will be integrated into CoPilot as the default model. Users will also be able to continue using alternative solutions such as GigaChat or YandexGPT or connect their own developments.
