Helpful Team. How quickly messages arrive or reminder settings to respond

Messages sometimes arrive at inconvenient times. There is no time to waste time answering, and if you put it down, there will be big barriers that you will forget to answer. The problem can be solved using automation.

This script is for the application Teams will create incoming messages from selected users and offer a quick response or create a reminder to respond to the other person.

How to set up a quick reply to messages

1. Download the free Teams app.

2. Download the command from the link.

3. Go to description Automation and create new automation.

4. Specify the condition Messagein the next step, select what things will be automated for. These can be messages from selected users or containing the current text. You can specify it as a text space, then the automation will generate almost all messages.

5. We definitely recommend this option Immediate launch.

6. In the next step select New automationthen indicate Run command and command section Reply or reminder.

7. Expand the action parameters, click the button Select variable and indicate Command Input. Then click on again Command Input and choose Content.

8. Click Ready to maintain automation.

How does this automation work?

Now, when a message follows from the specified senders or with text, a pop-up window will appear with two actions: reply now or set a reminder.

▶ In the first case, the iPhone will record a voice message, convert it into text and send it to the interlocutor.

▶ In the second case, the system prompts you to create a mention of the specified dates.

So don’t forget to reply to the message.
