This is the fastest commercial train in the world. Such results were achieved thanks, among other things, to the streamlined design in the form of pools. It is planned to be included in the equipment as early as 2025.
During regular flights its speed is about 400 km/h. For comparison, Sapsan accelerates to 350 km/h, but during the flight it travels at a speed of 250 km/h.
The new product has already been tested along the route between Tianjin and Beijing. Compared to CR400, the new compound is 12% lighter and consumes 20% less energy with an improved braking system. [Xinhua Net]
