According to a Japanese source, the smartphone will be priced at $500 less, making it particularly attractive compared to the iPhone 16, which starts at $799 in the US.
The iPhone SE (2025) will be the first Apple device with its own Centauri 5G modem, which will allow the company to reduce costs and offer a competitive price.
The new product will receive the A18 chip, 8 GB RAM and 6.06 inch OLED screen, although it does not have ProMotion support. What’s impressive is that these specs are comparable to the base iPhone 16.
Additionally, the new iPhone SE will be Apple’s most affordable device with Apple Intelligence, thanks to its improved Neural Engine.
