DP80LL cables were developed with NVIDIA support. The new standard delivers ultra-high resolution images, supports HDR and delivers a smoother gaming experience.

DisplayPort 2.1b retains the advantages of the technology, such as the ability to connect multiple displays over a single cable (MST) and support for a variety of connectors such as USB Type-C and Thunderbolt. The first certified DP80LL cables are expected to go on sale in the coming months, and the full launch of the DisplayPort 2.1b standard is planned for spring 2025.
