Tesla Unveiled an updated version of the Model Y crossover in China.
The design of the car has undergone significant changes. The front end gets an LED panel reminiscent of the Cybertruck, and the headlights are now located on the bumper. A new camera is also integrated into the front bumper, which enhances the autopilot and helps with parking.
The rear of the car is equipped with a large LED lamp and a static spoiler.

The interior now features LED lighting and an additional screen for rear-row passengers. The rear seats can now be folded out of the trunk using a button. In addition, they have become 15 mm longer, and the width of the head restraints has increased by 17 mm.
The steering wheel retained its round shape, but the turn signal control buttons disappeared with it. It is unclear how they will now be activated. Interestingly, the Hong Kong Tesla website published photographs of the right-hand drive version of the Model Y with a lever for turning on the turn signals, but it is not visible in the photo of the left-hand drive version.

Tesla offers two versions of the Model Y for China:
▶︎ rear wheel drive: rear-wheel drive, one 299 hp engine, acceleration 0–100 km/h in 5.9 seconds, range – 593 km.
▶︎ 4WD: all-wheel drive with two motors (264 and 186 hp), total power 450 hp, acceleration 0-100 km/h in 4.3 seconds, range – 719 km.
All-wheel drive version The range has been improved: its range has increased by 31 km (from 688 to 719 km), and acceleration to 100 km/h has been reduced to 4.3 seconds instead of 4.9. In the future, the release of the Performance modification will be improved, which will accelerate faster, but with an indication of the power reserve.

▶︎ rear wheel drive: 263,500 yuan ($39.9 thousand, ~3.6 million rubles).
▶︎ 4WD: 303,500 yuan ($41.4 thousand, ~4.2 million rubles).
