It was revealed that people who drank coffee in the morning were 16 percent less likely to die from any cause and 31 percent less likely to die from cardiovascular disease, compared to those who did not drink coffee. But those who drank coffee throughout the day did not notice the same benefits. The study found that time is of the essence when it comes to coffee consumption, and that the most significant health benefits were observed among those who drank coffee in the morning.

Lu Qi, principal investigator of the study, emphasized that more research is needed to confirm these results and understand the underlying mechanisms.
