According to the press service of Avito Works, in 2024 the number of vacancies in sales increased by 46%. At the same time, the average salary offered increased by 14%, up to 66,705 rubles per month.

In particular, the demand for business development managers has increased by 2.7 times and entry-level specialists in this position are offered an average of 70 thousand rubles per month, 16% more than in 2023.

The average range of salaries proposed for new employees for the position of business development manager varies from 65 thousand to 130 thousand rubles per month.

Additionally, employers started looking for account managers twice as often (+99%). Salary offers for entry-level positions increased by 20% to 52,205 rubles.

Another area with increased hiring activity was agriculture, where the number of vacancies increased by a third (+32%) compared to 2023.

The list of fastest-growing industries also included consumer services and finance. The number of offers in them increased by 21% during the year.

This week, the results of a survey were published, according to which employers began to value creativity in applicants less often (11%) and flexibility more often (36%).
