The report highlights that companies are increasingly focusing on AI skills, with two-thirds of employers planning to hire professionals with AI experience. Companies also plan to retrain existing employees to “collaborate” with AI systems.

But some job categories are expected to decrease, including postal service workers, executive secretaries and payroll workers.

Generative AI could also impact professions such as graphic designers and legal secretaries.
