The Moscow prosecutor’s office completed a preliminary investigation into the case of a blogger and AVO Shabutdinov businessman. He was accused of 113 fraud episodes, the damage in the case exceeded 57 million rubles, derives from the message on the department’s telegram channel.

Shabutdinov passes to the defendant under part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud committed by an organized group or on a scale especially large). The maximum punishment under this article is the imprisonment for up to 10 years.
Also on January 28, the Court of the City of Moscow extended the arrest of Shabutdinov until the end of February. “The Court of the City of Moscow granted the application of preliminary investigation agencies to extend the detention period in relation to Shabutdinov Av Av Rifatovich for a period of 24 days,” said the tribunal press service to Tass.
Shabutdinov founded a coffee network such as Cafe, a network of shelters from the similar hostel, as well as the educational company of the similar center. The entrepreneur was arrested in 2023 in the case of fraud on a especially large scale.
According to researchers, Shabutdinov, along with accomplices on behalf of the companies controlled by it, including the similar center, the courses sold, training and web seminars, because customers had false hopes to create a successful business and obtain superior to the exposure. The businessman did not admit his guilt.
