The Attorney General’s Office filed a lawsuit against Domodedovo after verifying the privatization procedure

In total, the lawsuit indicates 32 defendants, it is deduced from the electronic arbitration case filler. Among them are the owner of the Dmitry Kamenchik airport and the president of the Valery Kogan Supervision Board, Domodedovo Catering, Domodedovo Integrashn, Domodedovo Kargo and Domodedovo Trading.

The content of the claim has not yet been revealed. However, according to the Kommersant source, after privatization controls, claims are generally followed by the return of assets to the State. The defendants sent a notification about the presentation of the claim by mail, but the results of the audit were not informed, the newspaper writes.

The Domodedovo airport press service said the company strictly meets all the requirements of the law, RBC writes. “The airport position will be formed after becoming familiar with the claim statement,” added the airport representative.

The question of the transfer of Domodedovo to state property was raised in 2011 after the attack, as a result of which 37 people were killed.
